Terms of Service

Time Zone Converter provides free time conversion tools: single conversions between time zones and cities, side-by-side comparisons, current-time lookups, and reference pages such as PST to EST or EST to IST. No account is required, and the service is offered as-is.

We work to keep conversions correct, including daylight saving transitions, but time rules can change when governments act. Official sources always have the final word — see the accuracy section below.

You agree not to:

• Abuse the site — for example, by overloading it with automated requests, trying to break in or find security holes, or trying to disrupt the service for others.
• Misrepresent the site — for example, by copying large parts of it into a competing service, or implying an endorsement or partnership that doesn't exist.
• Misuse results — for example, by sharing screenshots out of context to mislead others about meeting times.
• Break the law in connection with your use of the site.

We may limit or block access that violates these rules or threatens the availability of the site for everyone else.

Conversion results are provided for convenience, without warranties of any kind. For routine planning — scheduling calls across regions, checking what time it is in another city — the converter is built to be right. For anything with real stakes (flights, medical appointments, contract deadlines, exams), double-check against an official source such as the airline, the organizer, or an official time service before you commit.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for losses arising from use of, or reliance on, conversion results — including missed meetings or travel disruption. If a result looks wrong, tell us with the date and the two places involved so we can fix it for everyone.

The site's design, text, and code belong to us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may use the converters and link to any page for personal or ordinary business use. Systematic copying, republishing, or redistribution of substantial parts of the site — text, data tables, or code — requires our prior written permission.

Time zone facts themselves (such as “EST is UTC−5”) are facts, not ours; only our wording and presentation are covered here.

The site may link to outside resources for reference. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, accuracy, or privacy practices. Follow those links at your own discretion and review their own terms.

We may update the site — adding conversion pairs, improving explanations, or changing how pages look — and we may revise these terms as the service evolves. When terms change materially, we'll update the “last updated” date above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
