• No accounts, no sign-up, no profiles.
• Conversions happen on your own device — the times you type are not sent to us or stored anywhere.
• We set no advertising or tracking cookies of our own.
• If you email us, we receive your message and address so we can reply. That is the only personal data we hold.

What you type. Dates, times, cities, and time zones you enter stay on your device. The page turns them into a result right there; nothing is sent to us, because no server does the conversion.

Contact emails. When you write to support@timezonecalc.net, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message. We use it only to answer you, and we keep messages only as long as needed to handle follow-up questions.

Basic server logs. Like almost every website, the service that hosts this site may keep routine server logs (such as the page requested, the time, and general connection details) for security and reliability. These logs are not combined with the times you enter, and we do not use them to identify individuals.

We do not set advertising cookies, analytics cookies, or trackers that follow you across other sites. The site remembers small preferences (such as your last-used zones) only on your own device — they never leave it.

If that ever changes — for example, if we add optional analytics to understand which conversion pages need work — we will update this policy first and describe exactly what is measured and how to opt out.

We do not sell personal data, and we share it only in narrow cases: with service providers who help us run the site (such as hosting) and must keep it confidential, or when the law requires it. Because the times you enter never reach us, there is nothing of that kind to share in the first place.

Contact emails are kept only as long as needed to resolve your request and handle reasonable follow-ups, then deleted. We protect the few records we hold with standard safeguards, such as limited access and encrypted connections (HTTPS) between your device and the site.

The site is a general-purpose utility, not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has emailed us personal information, write to support@timezonecalc.net and we will delete it.

If we change how data is handled, we will revise this page and update the “last updated” date above. Material changes will be described here in plain language before they take effect.
